The hotel provided a convenient location near local attractions. The staff was helpful, providing assistance with directions and recommendations. I found the breakfast to be a highlight, with a good variety of hot and cold options. The grand staircase was a lovely feature.

i found the staff to be helpful and friendly , from check-in to providing local directions. my room included quality toiletries, and well kept. the location was indeed convenient for seeing many local sights , i especially liked the easy access to attractions.
the parking situation was less than ideal , i found that the spaces were limited and it was challenging to find a spot.

the staff were very great .

peeling wallpaper extra charge
The room felt VERY dated. The peeling wallpaper was especially noticeable. The windows did little to block out the constant noise from outside. The hotel car park also charged extra, WHICH I found annoying since I was already paying to stay there.

spacious room convenient facilities
I appreciated the room's size. It felt very spacious. the bed was comfortable and allowed me to rest well. i found coffee and tea facilities convenient. private parking behind the hotel made arrivals easy.
I noticed some maintenance was overdue. There was a leak in one area. it detracted a little from the otherwise beautiful structure. hopefully, they address these issues soon.
